Acceptable experience

smiling staff pleasant atmosphere clean hotel small room inoperable window switch failure
The staff were always smiling! This made for a pleasant atmosphere. The building looked lovely both inside and out. The hotel was very clean too.
I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and received my room key. The room was located on the fifth floor and felt rather small. I found that the window would not open! The master switch had failed as well
